Equipment description 

The inclined tube sedimentation device is a solid-liquid separation equipment with relatively advanced technical performance and is generally used in conjunction with other sewage purification equipment. Production practice has proved that when the sewage treated by this device is treated with a deepening treatment device according to different requirements of the degree of purification, the treatment effect can be greatly improved and significant economic benefits can be obtained.

The inclined plate (tube) sedimentation water purification method is to install an inclined tube with an inclination angle of 60 degrees above the sludge suspended layer, so that the suspended matter, solid matter or floc alum formed after adding coagulant in the raw water can be The surface area on the bottom side of the inclined pipe accumulates into a thin mud layer, which slides back to the mud suspension layer by gravity, and then sinks into the mud collecting hopper. It is discharged from the sludge pipe into the sludge tank for separate treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant fluid gradually rises to the water collecting pipe and is discharged, and can be directly discharged or reused.

 

Application

The device is equipped with many sedimentation devices with parallel inclined tubes with small intervals or parallel inclined tubes with small diameters, which improve the sedimentation effect and water yield, especially the removal effect of dispersed particles. The inclined tube precipitator is widely used in the solid-liquid treatment of industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, coal mine sewage, non-ferrous metal processing wastewater, hydraulic dust removal wastewater from power plants, boiler rooms, and gas station washing water. It is also suitable for pretreatment of water supply purification and is widely used. It is used in sewage treatment projects in petroleum, chemical industry, coal, electric power, grease, machinery and other industries.
